Custom Creates

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Custom Creates. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Custom Creates is a UK-based personalised gifts and apparel business. We produce custom-printed products including mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, and caps made to order based on the details and artwork you provide.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All personalisation details you have provided are accurate and complete
  • You have checked spellings, names, dates, and any other custom text carefully
  • You are aged 18 or over, or have parental consent to purchase

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where submitted artwork is offensive, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.

3. Personalisation & Artwork

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details submitted at the time of ordering
  • We will produce your item exactly as specified — we do not proofread or correct submitted text or artwork
  • By uploading artwork or a logo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it for print
  • We accept no liability for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer
  • If your uploaded file is unsuitable for print, we will contact you to request a replacement before proceeding

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering
  • We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout
  • We reserve the right to update our prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed

5. Production & Delivery

  • As all items are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before dispatch
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched
  • Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are as displayed at checkout at the time of ordering

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described
  • Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, imagery, and content on the Custom Creates website is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not claim ownership of artwork uploaded by customers.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Custom Creates shall not be liable for:

  • Errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer
  • Print quality issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
